"Our expertise : serigraphy, transfer and digital printing."
SERIGRAPHY
This printing technique is the oldest and most widespread process. It consists of depositing ink through a silk screen allowing the ink to pass through like a stencil.
The support must then be passed through a drying tunnel.
This technique is ideal for flat marking surfaces

DTF printing
We use a DTF (Direct To Film) printer to print “transfers”. These prints are used for textile marking of products, which is done by “heat transfer” from the sheet to the textile product.
This DTF printing is ideal for four-color markings (multiple colors), on flat textiles made of cotton and/or polyester. Pantone printing on this type of machine is impossible, it is a mixture of CMYK inks and white.
Principle: First, the colors of the visual are printed, then a sub-layer of white ink. This will retain the "powder", which once passed through the oven, will become glue to fix the visual on the textile. The printing is done in "mirror" (upside down).
INSTALLATION BY TRANSFERS
This printing technique consists of applying a heat-adhesive material called "transfers" to the desired surface using a pneumatic press. Different sizes of heating plates are attached to the press to press the printed paper against the product, and by "heat transfer", the visual is fixed on the product. Wash-resistant.
Marking technique that allows to obtain uniform results in printing whatever the type of fabrics. Very competitive for printing in several colors on small quantities. This technique allows to mark on different types of products: conference folders, cork products, felt, cardboard pouches, and all types of textiles (pouches, backpacks, totebags, t-shirts, lanyards, labels, caps, etc.).

DIGITAL PRINTING
This printing technique allows you to print in full color by spraying microdroplets of ink to create an image.
The ink then dries immediately after exposure to UV light.
MANAGING OUR WASTE
Our pouches and label holders are made of PVC or Polyvinyl Chloride.
The main component of PVC is salt (57%). It is ecological, economical and 100% recyclable!
The PVC we use is made in France, which considerably limits the harmful effects of transport.
All our waste is stored and resold to be transformed into cables, pipes, gutters, clothing, boots, and many other of your everyday consumer products...
All our inks are natural, guaranteed solvent-free.

CUTTING PRESS
This hydraulic press allows us to cut paper/cardboard labels using the pressure exerted on a custom-made cutting tool made up of blades and foam.
When the screen printing or digital printing is done, we wedge the sheets of paper between the two plates, which by pressure with the tool will cut the paper to the shape. It is above all a story of printing calibration with the cutting tool.
Unnecessary paper scraps are recycled if they can.
